Popular Figures M.C Oluomo, Seego Lose Out In Transport Union Shake Up
...As agbede retains state chairman post for 2nd term.
An upheaval just transpired at the National Union of Road Transport Workers.

And the victims are listed as popular players Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as M.C Oluomo, Mustapha Kunle widely addressed by the street appellation of Seego and Kudeleti the street character with real names Sulaimon Ojora.

The team of three have been reduced to branch chairmen with no input in affairs of the transport union at the state and federal level.

M.C Oluomo was Treasurer of the Lagos state NURTW, Seego was Auditor and Kudeleti was ex officio members.

Their positions on the state council provided with authority over the areas of their influence.

Oluomo is holds sway at Oshodi, Seego- Lagos Island and Kudeleti- Ijora.


The areas they hold sway as Branch chairmen and state executive members are generally regarded as violitile but lucrative transport spots.

Sources divulged to societynowng.com that confirmation of the trio's loss in the transport Union shake up was confirmed on Thursday October 8 2015.

The decision was of the loss of their posts as council member was communicated to them at a meeting of all executive members in Abuja.

Digs by societynowng.com revealed that the genesis of the fate that befell the trio has root in ambition to upstage state chairman, Tajudeen Agbede.

Information here and there revealed that M.C Oluomo acting as arrow head of the plot had purchased form to contest the State Chairmanship position of the Union.

Societynowng.com learnt it was the same antics that was used in previous election and negotiation ensured he got to retain his position and those of his treasurers.

But unfortunately for him, presently incumbent state chairman Agbede enjoys extraordinary rapport wit national president - Najeem Yasin.

According to a source ' Oluomo and his crew miscalculated...Yasin had quietly directed all state chairmen to retain their position for a second term and same for all loyal state executive members...Oluomo's purchase of a form against Agbede's post is interpreted as loyalty in light of the national president's directive..and he was dealt with accordingly'

Societynowng.com learnt that Oluomo's position on the state exco has been given out to an old timer known as Baba Ajilo from Ojota area.

According to a source ' Baba Ajilo has been a long term union member..he was a well known transport unionist way back, even when Oluomo was in primary school'

Sources divulged that Oluomo and his co travellers are currently licking their wounds - and their hands tied at, attempts at violent protest with undertaking of a no violence pact signed with the Lagos state police command on matters regarding the Union no too long ago.
